FURTHER INFORMATION All guests have exclusive use of the property during their stay. ie; no other persons are booked. Children: Children are welcome. A cot and high chair can be supplied upon request, prior to booking. (Negotiable) Disabled: Facilities are available for people with a disability. Bedrooms: The Accommodation is registered to sleep up to 6 persons. Included are: 1 x Queen, 1 x Double, 2 x Single beds. Amenities: 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & microwave. Laundry with Washer & Dryer. Cubby house & outdoor area, fenced backyard adjacent to recreation park and double lock up garage. This Homestay is strictly Non-Smoking indoors. 200m to Crystal Waters Shopping Plaza. ------------------------------- PETS: Pets are welcome outdoors at ABuzz Homestay, and if well-behaved/toilet trained etc, indoors also. Please bring their own bedding. Our back garden is fully fenced and secure for dogs. We do not charge extra for pets however, we do require all pets to wear newly purchased flea collars, or to be treated with a Frontline or Advantage product (a recent receipt for purchase would be appreciated please). This requirement and precaution is necessary for the comfort of all our future guests, and also, for protection of your pet. You may also wish to seek advice from your local Vet, especially about paralysis and cattle 'Ticks' here in Queensland. ------------------------------- Where is ABuzz Homestay?: Brisbane Bayside (Redlands). Gateway motorway, exit at Mt Gravatt-Capalaba Road, follow signs to Victoria Point. Left into Panorama Drive, right into Zeigenfusz, left into Vintage Drive. Home adjacent to park. ------------------------------- Other important info: Once again please note: There is a minimum 7 night stay at ABuzz Homestay. There is also a minimum 14 night stay during December and January. The standard weekly accommodation price is calculated for a maximum of up to 6 x guests ------------------------------- Price includes: All linen, including towels. Premium tea and coffee & biscuit supplies. No Service & Cleans except by negotiation - $150 additional per clean. Guests are not expected to service the premises prior to vacancy, only to leave them in a reasonably tidy condition. Early check-in, and late departure will need to be negotiated at the time of booking and may incur additional charges, depending upon other bookings.
